Delivery and billing information

The delivery area shows recipient details, address, contact information and shipping option. Billing information appears separately. This makes it easier to review both the delivery destination and billing details.

Use the pencil icon in the delivery address area to access address editing. Check the address before dispatch and complete necessary corrections before sending the order to the shipping integration.

Products: quantity, price and identification

The product area uses the image, title and SKU to identify what was ordered. Quantity, unit price and line total appear together. Review each line with its own quantity and price in multi-product orders.

Example product line

For example, two items at €50 each have a line total of €100. Review shipping and other amounts separately in the totals area below.

For personalised products, customer text, options, files and dates appear with the relevant item. The person preparing the order can see which request belongs to which product in the same record.

Subtotal, shipping, tax and total

The amount summary separates subtotal, shipping, tax information and total. This lets you see the components when moving from product lines to the order total. Interpret whether tax is included alongside your store’s price and tax settings.

Update the order status

Choose the appropriate state from the status list and use Update Status. For example, review an order marked Awaiting Payment alongside its actual payment and preparation progress.

Payment method, status and collection are different information

A payment provider’s name alone does not establish completed payment. Changing order status does not by itself collect or refund money. Use status to reflect the work actually performed.

Order notes and PDF access

Use Notes to add information about the order, such as preparation details or matters requiring follow-up. Access the PDF action through the PDF icon at the top of the order.

For example, record a customer’s address correction request alongside the address edit. Notes complement the product, address and status information of the order.
