Open an order from Orders in the admin panel. The order number, date, total and payment method appear at the top; products, addresses, status and notes have their own areas. Follow the information needed for preparation on one screen.

Customer choices stay with the order
Personalisation such as a printed name, extra option, uploaded file or date appears with the relevant product in order details. When preparing a personalised shirt, review the requested name alongside the product.
